1. Copyright Ownership
Authors retain the copyright to their published work. Copyright remains with the author(s) following publication in an Impaxon journal.
By submitting and publishing their manuscript, authors confirm that they have the legal authority to grant the rights described in this policy.

Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant Impaxon Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia, a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, index, and communicate the article in all media and formats, and to identify itself as the original publisher.
This publishing licence enables Impaxon to maintain the scholarly record, assign persistent identifiers, distribute articles through recognised indexing services, and preserve published content for long-term access.
3. Creative Commons Licence
Unless otherwise stated, articles published by Impaxon are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

4. Rights Retained by Authors
Authors may share, distribute, archive, reproduce, and promote their published articles without restriction, provided that appropriate citation is given to the published version and the licence terms are respected.
Authors may use their published work for teaching, presentations, institutional repositories, personal websites, research networking platforms where permitted, future books, theses, dissertations, and other scholarly activities.
5. Rights of Readers and Third Parties
Readers and third parties may access, download, print, copy, share, redistribute, translate, adapt, and reuse published articles in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons licence.
Appropriate attribution to the original authors, article, journal, and publisher must always be maintained.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party copyrighted material included in their manuscript where required by law.
Material that is not covered by the article's Creative Commons licence must include an appropriate credit line identifying any restrictions on reuse.
