Email Enquiry Guidelines
To help the Conference Secretariat respond efficiently, include the following information in your email where relevant:
- Your full name and institutional affiliation
- Your paper title and submission identification number
- The corresponding author’s email address
- Your registration category or payment reference
- A clear description of the issue or request
- Supporting documents or screenshots where necessary
Response Time
The Conference Secretariat will normally respond to complete enquiries within three to five working days.
Response times may be longer during submission, notification, camera-ready, and registration deadlines.
Sending repeated emails about the same matter may delay processing. Please reply within the same email thread when providing additional information.
Use Only Official ICCI and Impaxon Channels
Conference decisions, payment instructions, registration confirmations, submission updates, and other official notices will be communicated through the ICCI website and official Impaxon email addresses. Do not send payments or confidential documents to personal accounts or unofficial contacts.
