Two-Day International Conference

Presentation Information
Oral Presentations
Accepted papers will normally be presented in parallel technical sessions organized by topic or conference track.
- Presentation duration will be announced later.
- Time will normally be reserved for questions.
- Presenters must arrive before their assigned session.
- Presentation slides must follow the conference guidance.
- Session chairs will enforce the allocated time.
Presenter Responsibilities
- The presenter must be a listed author unless prior approval has been granted.
- The presenter must complete the required author registration.
- The paper must be presented in the assigned session.
- Presenters must use their assigned presentation time only.
- Failure to present may result in exclusion of the paper from the final proceedings.
Program Changes
The Organizing Committee may revise the program when necessary due to speaker availability, paper withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, venue requirements, or other operational considerations.

- Updated session assignments may also be sent by email.
- Presenters should verify their final presentation date, time, and room before travelling.
