Registration is required for paper presentation, conference participation, and inclusion of accepted papers in the ICCI 2027 conference proceedings.
Registration Portal
The ICCI 2027 registration portal and confirmed registration fees will be announced after the publication and payment arrangements have been finalized.
Registration Categories
Author Registration
Author registration applies to accepted papers that will be presented during ICCI 2027 and considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
- Registration must be completed by the author-registration deadline.
- The registered author is responsible for presenting the paper.
- One author registration may cover one accepted paper unless otherwise stated.
Additional Paper Registration
Authors registering more than one accepted paper may be required to pay an additional paper fee for each extra paper.
- Additional paper charges will be announced with the registration fees.
- All accepted papers must satisfy the registration requirements.
- Each paper must be presented during the conference.
- Additional paper registration does not replace the main author registration.
Student Registration
Reduced registration may be offered to eligible full-time students attending ICCI 2027 as authors or participants.
- Valid proof of current student status may be required.
- The student must be enrolled at the time of registration.
- Student registration conditions will be published with the fees.
- Student rates may not apply to all paper-publication charges.
Non-Author Registration
Researchers, professionals, students, and other participants may attend ICCI 2027 without presenting a paper.

- Bank-transfer and payment-processing charges must be paid by the registrant.

Author Registration Requirements
- At least one author of every accepted paper must complete author registration before the stated deadline.
- The paper title and submission identification number must be provided during registration.
- Registration must be completed using accurate author and affiliation details.
- The final camera-ready paper must be submitted separately through the designated submission system.
- Registration does not remove the requirement to revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ and editors’ instructions.
- Papers without completed registration, final submission, required forms, or conference presentation may be excluded from the proceedings.
Payment Information
Payment methods and official bank or online payment information will be displayed only through the ICCI 2027 registration portal and official Impaxon communication channels.
- Payments must be made using the approved registration method.
- Participants should keep a copy of the payment confirmation.
- Bank charges and payment-processing fees may be the responsibility of the registrant.
- Incomplete, unidentified, or underpaid transactions may delay registration confirmation.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Registration Confirmation
Registration will be considered complete only after the registration form and payment have been successfully received and verified.
A confirmation message will be sent to the email address entered during registration. Participants should ensure that the submitted email address is valid and regularly monitored.
Participants who do not receive confirmation within the stated processing period should contact the conference organizers and provide their payment and registration details.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Visa and Travel Responsibility
International participants are responsible for checking passport, visa, immigration, travel, accommodation, health, and insurance requirements applicable to their circumstances.
Registration does not guarantee visa approval. Conference organizers cannot intervene in immigration decisions or reimburse travel losses resulting from visa refusal, travel disruption, or personal circumstances.
Where applicable, a registration or invitation confirmation letter may be issued only after successful registration and verification of the participant’s information.
