Keynote and invited speakers are selected by the General Conference Chairs based on academic standing, professional experience, research contribution, international impact, and relevance to the ICCI 2027 scope.

Speaker participation is subject to formal invitation, acceptance, availability, institutional requirements, and final program scheduling.

Individuals listed as proposed speakers should not be considered confirmed until their status is updated on the official conference website.
