Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers within the scope of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, and related interdisciplinary areas.

The ICCI 2027 online paper submission portal will be announced soon. Authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscripts according to the requirements provided on this page.
General Submission Requirements
- Submissions must present original research that has not been published previously and is not under review by another conference, journal, or publication venue.
- Papers must fall within the scope of ICCI 2027 and should be submitted to the most appropriate conference track.
- Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, originality, ethical compliance, and proper citation of all submitted content.
- All listed authors must have made a meaningful contribution to the work and must approve the submitted manuscript.
- Submissions that do not comply with the conference requirements may be returned to the authors before peer review.
Paper Categories
Full Research Papers
Full papers should report substantial, original, and completed research supported by appropriate methodology, experiments, analysis, and discussion.
Recommended length: 8β12 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Short Research Papers
Short papers may present preliminary findings, ongoing research, focused technical contributions, novel applications, proof-of-concept studies, or well-developed research ideas.
Recommended length: 4β6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Industry and Application Papers
Industry papers should describe practical implementations, operational systems, industrial case studies, technology deployment, or lessons learned from real-world applications.
Submissions must clearly explain the problem, implementation, evaluation, practical value, and lessons learned.
Review and Perspective Papers
Review papers may be considered when they provide a rigorous, structured, and critical synthesis of an important research area within the scope of the conference.
Narrative summaries without a clear methodology, critical analysis, or original synthesis may not be considered.
Manuscript Preparation
File Format
- Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format.
- The PDF must be readable and must not be password protected.
- All fonts should be embedded in the submitted file.
- Figures and tables must be clear and legible.
Language
- The official language of ICCI 2027 is English.
- Submissions must use clear academic and technical language.
- Authors should check grammar, spelling, and readability before submission.
- Papers with language problems that prevent scientific assessment may be returned.

The official ICCI 2027 manuscript template and detailed formatting instructions will be made available after the proceedings publication arrangement is finalized.
Submission Checklist
Before submitting a paper, authors should confirm that:
- The work is original and unpublished.
- The paper is not under review elsewhere.
- All authors have approved the submission.
- The manuscript matches the selected track.
- The title and abstract accurately describe the work.
- All sources are properly cited.
- Figures and tables are clear and correctly numbered.
- Required ethical approvals are reported where applicable.
- Funding and conflicts of interest are disclosed.
- The final PDF has been checked carefully.
Peer-Review Process
All eligible submissions will undergo peer review coordinated by the Technical Program Committee. Each paper will normally be assessed by at least two reviewers with relevant subject expertise.
The review process will consider:
- Relevance to the conference scope and selected track
- Originality and significance of the contribution
- Scientific and technical quality
- Appropriateness of the research methodology
- Validity of the experiments, analysis, and conclusions
- Clarity, organization, and reproducibility
- Practical, theoretical, or societal impact
The final decision may be acceptance, acceptance subject to revision, or rejection. The decision of the Technical Program Committee is final.
Publication Ethics
Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a final camera-ready version that addresses the reviewersβ comments and complies with the official proceedings format.
The camera-ready submission package may include:
- The final revised manuscript
- A detailed response to reviewers, where requested
- Source files in the required publication format
- Completed copyright or publication forms
- Author information and affiliations
- Proof of author registration
Detailed camera-ready instructions will be sent to corresponding authors after acceptance.
Presentation and Publication Requirements
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the author-registration deadline.
- Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by an author or an approved representative.
- Failure to register or present the paper may result in its exclusion from the conference proceedings.
- Acceptance of a paper does not automatically guarantee publication if the final manuscript does not satisfy the required technical, ethical, formatting, registration, or presentation conditions.
