Online Submission System
All manuscripts submitted to Impact in Agriculture must be submitted through the Impaxon Online Submission System. The platform allows authors to submit manuscripts, monitor the review process, communicate with the editorial office, submit revisions, and access publication decisions from a single dashboard.
1. Create an Account
Authors who are submitting for the first time should register for an account before starting a submission.
- Create an author account using a valid email address.
- Verify your email address.
- Complete your author profile.
- Providing an ORCID iD is recommended.
2. Start a New Submission
After logging in, select New Submission from your dashboard and complete the submission steps.
During submission you will:
- Select the journal.
- Select the article type.
- Enter manuscript details.
- Add all authors and affiliations.
- Upload the required files.
- Review and confirm the submission.
3. Required Submission Information
Authors should be prepared to provide:
- Article title.
- Abstract.
- Keywords.
- Author information.
- Corresponding author details.
- Funding information, if applicable.
- Conflict of Interest statement.
- Data Availability statement.
4. Upload Files
The following files may be required during submission:
- Main manuscript (.docx).
- Cover letter (recommended).
- Supplementary files (if applicable).
- Figures or additional material (if required).
5. Track Your Submission
Authors can monitor the progress of their manuscript at any time through their dashboard. Depending on the stage of evaluation, the manuscript status may include:
- Submitted
- Initial Editorial Screening
- Under Review
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Accepted
- Rejected
- Published
6. Revision Submission
If revisions are requested, authors should upload the revised manuscript through the same submission record. A detailed response to the reviewers' comments should accompany the revised submission.
7. Communication
All communication regarding the manuscript, including editorial decisions, reviewer comments, revision requests, and publication updates, is managed through the online submission system. Authors will also receive email notifications whenever the manuscript status changes.
8. Technical Requirements
- Use a modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
- Enable JavaScript in your browser.
- Maintain a stable internet connection while uploading files.
- Prepare manuscript files in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
