Submission Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Impact in Agriculture. These guidelines explain how to prepare and submit your manuscript through the journal's online submission system. Authors are encouraged to review these instructions carefully before beginning the submission process.
1. Before You Submit
Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that:
- The manuscript is within the journal's aims and scope.
- The manuscript has been prepared using the official journal template.
- All authors have approved the submitted version.
- The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- All required ethical approvals have been obtained where applicable.
- Funding sources and conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
- All figures, tables, and supplementary files are complete.
2. Online Submission System
All manuscripts must be submitted through the Impaxon Online Submission System.

Submissions by email are not accepted unless specifically requested by the editorial office.
3. Required Files
Authors should prepare the following files before starting the submission:
- Main manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx).
- Figures in high-resolution format, if submitted separately.
- Supplementary material, if applicable.
- Cover letter (recommended).
4. Submission Information
During submission, authors will be asked to provide:
- Article title.
- Abstract.
- Keywords.
- Author names and affiliations.
- Corresponding author details.
- ORCID iDs (recommended).
- Funding information.
- Conflict of Interest statement.
- Data Availability statement.
5. Cover Letter
Although optional, a cover letter is recommended. It should briefly explain:
- The significance and originality of the research.
- Why the manuscript fits the journal.
- Confirmation that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
- Any additional information for the editor.
6. Initial Editorial Check
After submission, every manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment. During this stage the editorial office checks:
- Journal scope.
- Compliance with submission requirements.
- Completeness of files.
- Formatting.
- Ethical declarations.
- Similarity screening.
Manuscripts requiring corrections may be returned to the corresponding author before peer review.
7. Peer Review
Manuscripts that successfully pass the editorial screening proceed to peer review. Detailed information about the editorial workflow is available on the Review Process page.
8. Revising Your Manuscript
If revisions are requested, authors should:
- Revise the manuscript carefully.
- Prepare a point-by-point response to every reviewer comment.
- Highlight or track all modifications.
- Upload the revised files through the online system.
9. Acceptance and Publication
Accepted manuscripts proceed through copyediting, production, DOI registration, and final publication. Articles are published online immediately after completion of production under the journal's continuous publication model.
10. Withdrawal Policy
Authors wishing to withdraw a manuscript should contact the editorial office as early as possible. Withdrawal requests after peer review has begun may require a written explanation from the corresponding author.
